If you have placed an order with us before, you will have been sent a username and password when you first registered – you should use this now to login as it will save you having to reenter all your delivery details (we do not store your credit card information, however). If you can’t remember your login details, it’s best to look for the original email. If you can’t find it, click on My Account (on the top right) and select Lost Password.

If you enter your username and email address (which by default WILL BE THE SAME) you will be sent a new password. We recommend that you login with this and then immediately go to My Account and change it something more memorable.
